RETURNS

Exchange of an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt (please note this will be relaxed during the Christmas season). We will issue you with a credit voucher (excluding the original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size if preferred. This does not apply to any piercing jewellery, i.e. earrings, for hygienic reasons.

*Please Note: When trying on jewellery, please do not wear perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. The item MUST be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us upon receipt and quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the fault, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

If a fault appears after 14 days from receipt of the item please contact us. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us and quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the detail of the item received, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Returns Process 

When returning any product please following the following process

1. Complete the form on the "Contact Us" section of the website and submit

2. Include the following details:

A) Customer Name

B) Customer Address

C) Order Number

D) Date you received the product/ products

E) State if you are seeking a replacement, exchange or refund

F) Name and quantity of item/items you want to return

3. We will then send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a shipping label with the return address.

4. The customer will need to return the package and include the top label inside the box and the bottom label on the outside of the box for shipping. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE PAPERWORK RELATING TO YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER SO THAT YOUR RETURN IS NOT DELAYED
